Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the passengers are assisted on arrival in the professional manner; making sure luggage gets onto the right aircraft. Protecting customer’s baggage, cargo and their items from theft, loss and damage
• Handle transfer, loading, and unloading customer’s baggage and cargo.
• Aircraft water servicing
• Aircraft toilet servicing
• Operate conveyor belts, tugs, and tow tractors laden with baggage and cargo.
• Wing walking during towing procedures
• Aircraft towing, pushback
• Completion of related paperwork and documentation in English
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Secondary school level
• English speaking required, and Mandarin strongly preferred.
• Hold a Macau driving license sufficient for small bus and aircraft towing, or a driving license that can be converted to Macau.
• Flexibility and availability (including the weekend), team spirit.
• Technical awareness abilities.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods.
• Driving license on heavy truck
